¿Cómo un vaso o copa con un paragüitas lindo puede ser tan peligroso?

Pues les cuento que el alcohol puede ser una amenaza para tu figura si no estamos atentos, por 4 razones:

  • Es altamente calórico.
  • Aumenta el apetito.
  • Te desinhibe.
  • Te da más pereza hacer actividad física al día siguiente.

Si tu diciembre está lleno de reuniones familiares o de trabajo, happy hour, cenas con clientes etc… Estarás fácilmente añadiendo miles de calorías vacías a tu alimentación sin darte mucha cuenta.

Tips para NO TOMARTE TODAS TUS CALORIAS EN NAVIDAD:

1. Trata de hacer planes que no incluyan alcohol. Ej. si siempre se reúnen para happy hour luego de la oficina, planeen ir todos a una clase de zumba en cambio.

2. Revísate bien en qué situaciones y con qué personas te excedes en esta área, y en cuáles situaciones no. Conocerte te hace más fácil evitar, o tener un plan de acción para estos momentos.

3. Lentico… Pide el primer trago y toma leeento… Nadie se dará cuenta que todavía estas en tu primer trago cuando todos estén por el quinto. El alcohol es para ser saboreado con tranquilidad, no para apipárselo (tragárselo).

4. Planificación: ponte una meta de cuantos tragos tomarás en la semana, así sabes en qué evento te quieres controlar más y en cual menos. Ej: 5 tragos a la semana.

5. Llega elegantemente tarde: mientras más tarde llegues, te saltas más rondas de tragos… O te saltas el aperitivo antes de sentarse en la mesa a comer.

6. Dile al mesonero que YA: en fiestas hay mesoneros muy atentos que ya vas por la mitad del trago y te lo vuelven a llenar. Estate atento y disimuladamente cubre el vaso con tu mano bloqueando el acceso.

7. Planes de día son mejores y es menos probable que sirvan tragos o que te “caigas a palos”.

8. Visualízate: piensa antes de que suceda como le vas a decir a los anfitriones “No gracias” cuando te ofrezcan un trago. Puedes decirle la verdad, que te estás cuidando, o miles de excusas más.
