Hace unos años atrás la experiencia de comprar involucraba todos los sentidos, o casi todos: Podías ver, tocar, oler y en algunos casos escuchar y, si el producto lo requería,  hasta saborear lo que ibas a comprar.

Toda esa experiencia tan sabrosa y segura cambió, eso ya lo sabemos todos y nos adaptamos, ahora comprar es muy distinto.

Las compras pasaron de ser en un centro comercial a tenerlo todo dentro de una pantalla,  y así eliges ya casi todo, lo que vistes, lo que comes, las medicinas, las compras de emergencia, los caprichos, etc. Tu consumo del día a día lo haces a través de tu teléfono, Tablet o destok.

Aunque esta manera de comprar tiene la ventaja de la practicidad y la comodidad de no tener que moverte de donde estás; también te puedes llevar sorpresas poco agradables con algunas compras cuando te das cuenta de que lo que adquiriste no tienen la calidad que creías.

Qué desagradable sensación la de haber hecho una mala inversión, haya sido pequeña o grande.

Para ayudarte hemos creado una lista de claves que debes tener en cuenta antes de hacer una compra por internet. Presta atención a ellas:

  • Verifica que la página web sea segura, fíjate que en el navegador aparezca el símbolo de un candado cerrado, ese candado significa que tu navegación está protegida y que tus datos no son públicos.
  • Compra en un portal en el que puedas leer las recomendaciones, algunas reseñas y opiniones de otros compradores en esa tienda “online”.

Confirma que el precio total de tu compra cuando tiene incluidos los impuestos.

Apuesta por las tiendas online que tengan un sistema digital omnicanal; para ti es importante poder contar con distintas vías de tecnología que te ofrezcan una experiencia de compra basada en contenido a través de distintos canales, como:

  • Páginas web
  • Redes sociales
  • Chats
  • Comunicación telefónica

Confía en la tienda “online” que ofrece varios métodos de pagos (PayPal, tarjetas de crédito, etc.) Eso te indica que merece la confianza de los bancos y las plataformas de pago seguro a través de la red.

Pon el foco en el ahorro de tiempo y dinero, y en que el comercio “en línea” te brinde una experiencia de compra humanizada donde sientas seguridad y buena atención.

Toma en cuenta estas claves antes de comprar por internet; especialmente si aún eres «novata» o tienes poca experiencia en el mundo virtual, ya que la inexperiencia te puede llevar a descuidar tu seguridad.  

Debes saber también, que mientras siga creciendo el mercado online también lo harán ciberdelincuentes y personas que quieren aprovecharse de tu falta de conocimientos y  precauciones para darte “gato por liebre”.

Ten especial cuidado en las fechas del año en las que aumenta la demanda de tipos de productos específicos, como regalos de:

  • El Día del Amor y la Amistad
  • Navidad
  • “Black Friday”
  • “Cibermonday”
  • Los Días del Padre y de la Madre, etc.

Evita dejarte llevar por la prisa, el estrés, la emoción y la euforia al momento de comprar.
